If a shipment is received with visible damage to the container we request that it be refused. UPS will return it to us and it will be replaced. If you discover damage after receiving and opening the package please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will arrange shipment of replacement prints and return of the damaged product. If you discover a defect in any print you may return it for a replacement. Should prints be damaged after receipt we will replace them, subject to edition availability, for a flat charge of $15.00 per print plus shipping. We appreciate always being notified in advance by telephone if you wish to arrange returns of any kind.
CLAIMS AT PLANE JUNKIE
Must be done within 5 working days from receipt. Accepted are only product flaws and claims evidently caused through inadequate packing by Plane Junkie or our shipper has stomped all over your package.
