Italy, 1943: A.W. Schultz, artillery spotter pilot of a Piper L-4 confers with an enlisted tank commander at a temporary field en route to Cassino. Dutch Schultz eventually became an Air Officer of the 3rd Infantry Divarty, and chose the pilot of the other L-4 as his Executive Officer.
